You can browse this website without creating an account. When you use a quote request, app request, or supporter follow-up form, the website prepares an email in your email application. The information is sent only when you choose to send that email.
An inquiry may include your name, email address, company, requested service, project details, or other information you decide to provide. Ai2Life does not ask for banking passwords, payment-card numbers, or account credentials on this website.

We use inquiries to respond and improve.
Information you send may be used to answer a question, prepare a project discussion or quote, provide app support, document a supporter follow-up, and improve our products or services.
Ai2Life does not sell personal information. We retain correspondence only as reasonably needed for the relationship, support, business records, security, and applicable legal obligations.

Public email is not a clinical or HIPAA intake channel.
Ai2Life's public website and general email addresses are not intended for protected health information, patient care, emergencies, diagnosis, or treatment decisions. Contact us first with a general description of the business need.
If a project could involve protected health information, the organization and Ai2Life must define the approved systems, access, safeguards, vendor responsibilities, contracts, and review process before sensitive data is exchanged.

Hosting and linked services have their own roles.
The website is hosted by Vercel, which may process standard technical information such as IP address, device or browser details, request time, and security logs as part of delivering and protecting the site.
Links to the Apple App Store, app support sites, banking applications, and other external services are governed by those providers' privacy practices. Ai2Life does not receive your bank login credentials when you make a voluntary Zelle payment in your bank's application.

You can ask about your information.
You may ask us to correct or delete information you previously sent, subject to records we must reasonably keep for security, legal, contractual, or business purposes. You may also choose not to send a form and contact us directly by email.
This website is intended for business visitors and general app audiences; it is not directed to children under 13. We may update this notice as the website, services, or legal requirements change.
